As a very general example, some venues may start around a few thousand dollars for a simple site fee, while others may be much higher once food-and-beverage minimums, per-plate pricing, service charges, rentals, or premium dates are involved. These are ranges, not quotes.

Before you pay a deposit or sign anything, confirm the price, what’s included, and whether your date is actually available in writing. Read the full contract carefully, including the site fee, food-and-beverage minimum, service charge, deposit, cancellation terms, overtime, vendor restrictions, and corkage if it applies.
