What Vowfield is
Vowfield is a free service that helps the two of you discover and compare wedding venues near your preferred city or ZIP code. We can help you share your rough date, guest count, setting, and preferred language so participating venues can decide whether they may be a fit.
We do not host weddings, set venue prices, negotiate contracts, give legal or financial advice, or guarantee that a venue can take your date. We are not a wedding venue, caterer, or wedding planner. Our role is to help you make introductions so you can tour, compare, and choose what feels right for your day.
Using the service
When you use Vowfield, you agree to provide basic, accurate information so we can try to make useful matches. That usually means your names, phone number, optional email, preferred wedding setting, city or ZIP code, rough date, rough guest count, and preferred language.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through Vowfield. We do not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, immigration documents, income records, or other sensitive personal records.

How matching works
After you share your wedding details, Vowfield may pass that information to participating venues that appear relevant to your request. A venue may contact you directly so you can ask questions, schedule a tour, and learn about availability, guest capacity, and pricing.
A match is not a promise. It does not mean a venue has held your date, approved your event, or guaranteed a price. Real availability and real pricing depend on things like the date, season, day of the week, city, guest count, and what is included.
The service is always free for the couple. You decide whether to reply, tour, compare offers, or move on.
Pricing, quotes, and contracts
Any price information on Vowfield is general information only, not a quote. Wedding costs vary widely by area and by venue. For example, some venues may have a site fee from about $1,500 to $15,000+, while food-and-beverage minimums or per-plate pricing can add much more depending on the city, season, package, and guest count. A Friday or Sunday may cost less than a Saturday, and off-season dates may cost less than peak season.
Please also watch for common venue fees and fine print: site fee, food-and-beverage minimum, per-plate pricing, service charge, deposit, overtime, cancellation terms, vendor restrictions, and corkage. These charges can change the all-in cost more than couples expect.
