Start with the feeling you want

Maybe you’re picturing a garden ceremony, a ballroom reception, a vineyard at sunset, a beach, a historic estate, or a barn with room for everyone you love. However clear or unfinished the picture is right now, that’s enough to start.

Vowfield is a free matching service for couples in the United States. We are not a wedding venue, caterer, or wedding planner. We help the two of you describe your day, then connect you with wedding venues near you so you can tour, compare, and choose what feels right.

How the free match works

You share the basics: your names, phone number, optional email, rough date, rough guest count, preferred language, city or ZIP, and the setting you’re hoping for. That’s it. We only collect contact information and wedding intent so we can help with your venue search.

Then we match you with participating venues that fit what you’re looking for as closely as possible. From there, you stay in control. You ask questions, book tours, compare the all-in cost, and decide where to celebrate.

If you want, you can learn more about how it works or go straight to get matched.

What wedding venues usually cost

Wedding venue pricing can vary a lot. As a very general starting point, couples may see smaller or simpler venue options start around $2,000 to $8,000 for the space, while many full-service or high-demand venues can land around $8,000 to $25,000+, and luxury markets or peak dates can go higher. Some venues price mainly with a site fee. Others use per-person catering, a food-and-beverage minimum, or a package that bundles several things together.

The real number depends on the date, the season, the day of the week, the city, the guest count, and what’s included. A Friday or Sunday can cost less than a Saturday. An off-season month may be lower than peak season. A 60-person wedding will usually price differently than a 220-person wedding. These ranges are not quotes, and Vowfield does not set venue prices.

Before paying a deposit or signing anything, ask for the full written breakdown. Common items to confirm are the site fee, per-plate pricing, food-and-beverage minimum, service charge, deposit, overtime, cancellation terms, vendor restrictions, and corkage. You can read more on wedding venue costs.

Match by setting, city, and language

Some couples already know the setting they want. Others only know they want something relaxed, elegant, outdoors, family-friendly, close to the airport, or easier for relatives to reach. We can help either way.

You can browse wedding venues or tell us what matters most: a ballroom with parking, a garden for photos, a historic space, a barn, a beach view, or a venue that feels comfortable for your traditions, food, and guest list. If the two of you or your family read another language more comfortably than English, you can share your preferred language too.

Keep your budget protected

It’s easy for venue costs to look simple at first and feel very different once the full contract arrives. That’s why we encourage couples to compare the all-in cost, not just the first number they hear.

Ask each venue what is included, what is required, and what can change the final bill. Then confirm the price and your date in writing and read the full contract before paying a deposit or signing. This page is general information only, not legal or financial advice, so for contract or money questions, rely on the venue’s own agreement and licensed professionals.

In plain words

Tell Vowfield what kind of wedding you want, and we’ll match you for free with nearby venues to tour, compare, and book directly if one feels right.
