Vowfield is a free matching service for couples. We are not a wedding venue, caterer, or wedding planner, and we do not host weddings or set venue prices.

You share a few basics — your names, phone, optional email, preferred language, rough date, rough guest count, city or ZIP, and the kind of setting you want. Then we help connect you with participating wedding venues near you so you can tour, compare, and decide what feels right for your day.

If you're planning from another city, helping family across languages, or simply want a clearer starting point, that extra guidance can make the search feel much more manageable.

We only collect contact details and wedding intent so we can help with venue matching. We do not ask for bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, immigration documents, income, or other sensitive personal records.

What wedding venues usually cost

Wedding venue pricing varies a lot by city, season, day of the week, guest count, and what is included. These are general ranges, not quotes.

For many weddings in the U.S., a venue site fee might fall anywhere from about $2,000 to $15,000+, while full packages with food and drink can be much higher. Some venues charge a site fee only. Others use per-person pricing, food-and-beverage minimums, or package pricing that bundles tables, chairs, staffing, or catering.

Costs often go up for popular Saturday dates, peak wedding months, larger guest lists, longer event times, premium bar packages, or venues in high-cost metro areas. They may be lower for Fridays, Sundays, off-season dates, smaller guest counts, brunch or daytime weddings, or simpler included options. You can read more on our costs page.

What to compare before you book

When you tour venues, ask for the full picture in writing. The advertised starting price is not always the all-in number.
